Murata rod is one of the oldest well known bamboo rod makers in Japan. He is a mentor of Hironobu Kitao of AWOL, Jun Yokota of Yokota Rod, Ryuno Tujibayasi of Ryuno Rod and many others. He has been teaching whatever he could advise. There are so many Murata Rod fans in Japan. You may have to be at the end of the long line when you order.
Freestone Special SGA was designed for the fishers who loves dry fly fishing. This model is the most progressive action rod in Murata rods.
